British Petroleum, one of the largest companies in the world chose Strategic Research Corporation as its advisor regarding the political environment and regulation system in Romania. Relying on our consultant's vast experience in the area of petrol and natural gases, SRC has offered its support to the company in initiating a dialogue, regarding its projects in Romania, with relevant entities from the political, administrative and technical area. Our company is, at the moment, actively gathering and transmitting intelligence to the client and advising it accordingly in regard to the energy, oil and gas domain in Romania.

Philip Morris Romania is a company with which SRC has already a rich history, sharing numerous professional successes over the years. SRC is offering consultancy regarding the company's strategy on fiscal stability, is monitoring for any initiative that could affect the clients interests and is mediating a dialog with relevant stakeholders.

We have also represented successfully Renaissance Capital Group in their endeavor to enter the Romanian capital market, by assisting them to close the underwriting agreement with the Romanian state, by which Renaissance represents the state in the secondary public offering for OMV Petrom shares. In this we managed to outcome the opposition of many players in the market and even create a support move from the relevant parties.
